i've been for 'open recruitment', it is some work to do this but there are afew good people still out there that don't know about joining. not like we'll accept everyone that applies, rules and the process will be followed.

Sounds like a great idea.. I've already had one approach me and i provided him the site to do the app.. looking forward to more ppl asking to join
