I am sure you are wondering what will happen to your application after you hit the "Submit" button.
The process will depend on whether or not we know you already. All applications will be taken to our internal guild forum on Tibia.com. There members will discuss applicants and vote on them.
If we do not know you, then we may decide to hold a private chat with some guild members and the applicant to get to know them better. We have always been a very close group of friends, and we don't often invite people, and when we do, we want to make sure they will make a good addition to our family. After the conversation, voting will proceed as mentioned above.
Please have patience, as it may take time to get a majority of the guildmembers to vote on applicants (this should change as we get more applicants and the members get used to checking daily for applications). I would wait calmly at least a week, to give people time to have a day off, and get time on Tibia, etc.
After the voting takes place, if you are invited, you will receive a letter in your home depot extending the invitation. At this point you may message any vice leader and upon showing them my letter, they will invite you into the guild. Then you will be on a 30 day trial, to make sure we all agree you fit in (yourself included, you might decide it's not where you want to be - hope not :<).
